I'm finally having another garage sale. It's been a while...I just like to shop and find fun and neat things. But I had a few items to sale and so far so good. I remember when I had baby stuff to sell...I would make about $200 - $300 on a sale Today I've been open for almost 3 hours and I've sold $78 worth of items. It's pretty good considering I don't have any big items to sell..except for electronics and they haven't sold yet...maybe tomorrow.
I didn't prepare much...so perhaps I could have sold more. I didn't even follow my own garage sale tips because I was just too busy with other things, but I did get to price some things this morning. I used some colored dot stickers mostly and put out a pricing key for my visitors.
I'm working on my website again. Whenever I get a break from the freelance work that I do, I start back on my GarageSaleShopper.com website. I have such a great plan for it....I know it could be so useful to many, but I need to really concentrate on how to make it better.
Some of the features that I want...require some new technologies that I have not yet discovered how to do. If you have any knowledge and would like to contribute, please drop me a line.
